Where does my mattress actually come from?
The largest mattress retailer in the US. Your mattress ships from them. We buy it for less than sticker and pass the savings on to you. The store fulfills the order; we make the number smaller.
Why is your price lower?
Because the sticker price was never the real price. We buy the same mattress for less and pass the savings on to you. Delivery and tax confirmed before you pay.
Do I have to go to a store?
No. You can do the whole thing by text. If you’d rather try before you buy, The King will point you to the right models at a store near you. Then text him your pick.
How does delivery work?
The store delivers it to your door. The King confirms the delivery date with you by text before you pay, and again the morning of.
What if I don’t love it?
All sales are final, except warranty issues — the store doesn’t do returns or exchanges. If something’s genuinely wrong with your mattress, text The King and we’ll look at your order and tell you straight what’s possible. Adjustable bases, pillows, and protectors can’t be returned, no exceptions.
Is The King a robot?
The King is an AI assistant. He says so upfront, every time. If he can’t answer something, you’ll reach Adam, our founder. A real human, and the only human in the loop.
Is this a real business?
Yes. A small one: Adam, our founder, and The King, the AI you’re texting. No showroom, no sales floor, no inflatable tube man.
Do I need an account?
No account, no app, no password. It’s just texting.
How do I pay?
The King texts you a secure Stripe checkout link. You pay there. We never see or store your card.
Is my information private?
Your details are only used to price, sell, and deliver your mattress. We don’t sell your information, and the whole thing runs over text and email. Nothing to download, nothing to join.
